- Scheduling the appointment
- Contacting the Claimant to inform them of the appointment date, time and
location
- Coordinating complete oral evaluation
- Screening oral evaluation in what's compensable to injury
- Presenting injury-related dental care to the adjuster and/or case manager
- Providing a Plan of Treatment and cost prior to any dental service being
rendered
